TOLVANEAcceptable Use Policy
Tolvane is for making original music. When you use it you agree not to:
- Generate, simulate, clone or imitate the voice, vocal style, name or likeness of any real person, living or deceased, or any musical artist, without documented legal authorization from that person or their estate. This applies even if the result is labeled as AI-generated or intended as parody.
- Upload reference audio, lyrics or images you do not have the right to use.
- Create content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative of minors, or that promotes violence.
- Pass off AI-generated music as human-performed where disclosure is required by law or by a platform you publish on.
- Misuse the Service to spam, defraud or mislead, including mass-uploading generated tracks to streaming services.
- Attempt to bypass credit limits, share accounts to avoid payment, or abuse free credits or refunds.
- Probe, attack, reverse engineer or overload the Service or its providers.
- Use the Service to build or train a competing model.
Our providers may also block certain requests, such as prompts naming specific artists or copyrighted lyrics. If you believe something was blocked in error, contact support. We may remove content, suspend accounts or report unlawful activity where needed.
